Zero Communication
No call back from anyone to say the part had arrived.
No call back from anyone to book the car in once part had arrived.
No call back from anyone to let me know the car wouldn't be done in time.
No call back from anyone on Saturday afternoon before they close midday to come collect the car leaving me motor-less for a few days.
Lack of communication is horrific and has put me off going back there.

Great service will use again
I had an issue with a lorry on the way on holiday forcing me into the kerb damage both passenger side tyres and my alloys being on holiday I did not have local knowledge as where to go phoned them up and they could not have been more helpful have had tyres replaced in the last couple of months there prices were competitive!
They order in that day and phoned to let me know fitted efficiently and quickly will travel here to get my tyres when I need to next time!!!
