After hitting a pot hole,had my four wheels checked for leaks and damage.Nothing was too much trouble for staff that looked after me

Great service as usual and friendly helpful staff.

Very quick service but didn’t check my tyre pressures so all over again the puncture symbol came up and I had to drive from Salisbury to Andover to get the tyres checked which now they are. Lovely people but this was such a waste of all of our time.

The Manager was extremely helpful, although they were fully booked they managed to fit me in within 45 minutes !!
I was travelling from Shaftesbury Dorset to Grays Essex and in a desperate situation. All sorted perfectly, no issues, no fuss.
Thanks to all the guys that helped me and got me mobile again. Top class service all round.

My local business is always my go to tyre centre. When I booked a repair / replacement but couldn't get there the money was reimbursed quickly and with no fuss.

They are simply a great team and so helpful. On todays awful roads they always come up trumps when replacing potholed damaged tyres. I would never go anywhere else.

Had an appointment to have 4 tyres of my own fitted to find out they wouldn’t fit. The guy found me some decent tyres and did a discount for me.
I was greatfull that he explained which tyres would be good.

I needed a puncture repair on a Saturday afternoon. Having phoned around and either no answer or unable to do until Monday, I tried this branch, who said they could do it; I arrived at the agreed time; I was in & out in 20mins! They even swapped over the space saver with the repaired wheel (saving me a job on a rainy day!)
All in all I had excellent service and have used this centre several times previously.

Always helpful and provide a good reliable service

The Protyre website was easy to use so I had already ordered the tyres I needed and booked a day and time for the fitting to be done. Staff were polite and informative about how long it would take and they started working on my car pretty much straightaway. They then carried out the free alignment check I had booked and showed me a printout of the results, which indicated the alignment needed to be done and that was all sorted there and then. Also, the price of the tyres was very good in comparison with other fitters I had checked out, especially with the discount offered.
