I booked my M.O.T and gold service…
I booked my M.O.T and gold service online for 8:30am, it said it t would be about 2.5 hours; this was great as I needed my car early afternoon for a hospital appointment, when I dropped my car off I was informed it wouldn't be ready till late afternoon,WHAT? I was told that my m.o.t. was booked for 10:40; no i was booked in for 8:30 I could have m.o.t. done at 10:40 then have the service another time. eventually i agreed to leaving car until it was ready 15:30pm, please what's the use of booking time if you then have to wait all day anyway. Apart from that passed m.o.t. and pleased with service. Always use Protyre and will in the future just a bit disappointed this time.

Lady at Reception was amazing! I had a red warning light come up on my dashboard saying to take car for checking asap as fault could be dangerous. She immediately found someone to assist (car needed brake fluid) and if was all done within half an hour!

Positive experience at Protyre Ashford Crowbridge Rd
The two ladies who booked my car in were friendly and efficient. They knew my name from an earlier visit when I brought my car in to investigate the cause of a knocking noise. The mechanic's diagnosis was correct and the repair was carried out on the day and at time agreed. I'm pleased to say it has solved the issue that was the cause of the problem. Would highly recommend.
