Great team and superb communication on a gold service and mot.

This was the second visit, as the first booking for a silver service & MOT was booked for 11am, but when i went to collect at approx 3pm the car was still outside and had not been worked on. Second booking the tyre pressures all different after service so obviously not checked, which makes me wonder what else was missed.
On the bright side the chap on reception was friendly and seemed to be the only person working non stop.
Up until now this has always been my go to garage . . !

Where to begin.
1 Techs dont know if nuts are locking or not. They are not but asked my wife to find locking key!!!!.
2 Job finished to find only 2 tyres have been replaced. Asked for and ordered 4.
Wife had to ask another 1 hour.
Managers seemed to be extremely unorganised.

Excellent service - managed to fit me in at short notice within less than 24 hours with 2 tyres and wheel alignment.

Waited in reception and was able to work quietly whilst waiting.

On arrival I was greeted by friendly staff who ensured that they had my correct contact details. I was aware what the cost of the parts and labour would be in advance.

I was kept up to date on the progress of the work and the fact what I had brought the car in for was actually another fault.

This was part of a warranty claim by another company so I was told they would keep the replaced part for me.

I have used Protyre before and always had very good service, this visit was no different.

Quick diagnosis of the issues and completed work. However, I think vehicle owners would like images of the fault found to better understand more about the issues in layman's terms.
