Helpful, no nonsense approach. Resolved my wifes issue using the cheapest option. No hard sell. Explained clearly what was wrong and what needed doing, and how much it would cost. This is why all our cars have been going there for so many years.

Got tracking and wheel balancing done
Got tracking and wheel balancing done, to solve a steering shake which was occuring at 50mph+. Customer service fantastic.
Asked them to check for loose suspension components too, in case it wasn't balancing that was the issue.
It's much nicer to drive round town now, but unfortunately the steering shake still exists and is actually worse.
Edit: Manager of protyre Barnstaple has since gone to great lengths to resolve the unknowns surrounding this issue.

Four tyres were fitted efficiently
Four tyres were fitted efficiently, within the allocated time. I was very pleased with the results, the tests carried out, the tracking, and so on, all of which the team fully documented. Pricing was also good with the special discounts when ordered online with no hidden costs.
