Problem of a defective wheel bearing was dealt with efficiently by the mechanics, and the several parts necessary were transported quickly through Protyre’s partners.
Work continued over 2 days but the final result was worth waiting for.

You charged my wife, nearly 50quid for a puncture repair,,,, very expensive,,, I said to the wife,,, she should of asked for the price before the repair,, could of got it done half a mile away for Les than half the price,,,, thank you,,,

Not what we had hoped. Booked fitting of selected tyres online and got a fitting date and time. But when we turned up, the tyres were not available, and we had to settle for a cheaper alternative. This was awkward because their system wasn't set up for this. The staff tried to be helpful, but overall, it was a disappointment.

The Bath branch made time to help, with very short notice, after I’d been let down by another branch. The team were friendly and efficient. They were able to recommend a mechanic for works not available at Protyre.
