This is an invited review. Their work to supply two front tyres and adjust tracking appears to been performed as expected. Not the lowest quote, but location was convenient.

Wheel nuts loose......
After driving around 80 miles the nearside front wheel started to vibrate. I pulled over to check and 4 of the 5 wheel nuts were loose. 2 I could turn with my fingers. I had clients in the vehicle and it didn't look great for my business. Luckily I had tools in the vehicle, tightened up the nuts and away we went. Needless to say I'm not happy and I won't be using Protyres again, which is a shame as I've used them for the last few years.
I have heard from Protyre and they apologised for the incident and promised to get back to me with the results of an investigation. They didn't. I have emailed to ask about the report, but with no response.

The guys did a good job on fitting my new tyres, it did take slightly longer than I would have preferred, but were very busy with many customers and my car was ready when they said it would be. Protyre were also very competitive on price and ordered the tyres I requested and these arrived on schedule.

The service was OK but I was recommended to have new disk brakes put on the rear wheels however they couldn't do this because my car had an electronic handbrake.

I enjoyed the ease of ordering my tyres and booking the fitting slot. unfortunately my tyres were not the tread i ordered and i dont think i have had the difference back in terms of price.
