My MOT was aborted because the diesel emissions system malfunctioned. I was told (10th January) that it would be sorted by the time my MOT ran out (15th January). I rang them each day until the 14th to see if it was repaired but each time I was told they were sending someone out to repair it. I gave up and arranged to have my car tested elsewhere.

Had to change couple of tyres, booked it on the same day and did it , very fast and reliable service

All good as usual with Thistlewaites. Went to the depot to order, Only issue is that as Tyres out of stock in the warehouse, had to return home to order them, as the staff were unable to order in Tyres that were in other Depots (This happened when I ordered from home )

Really good service the tyre was repaired the other tyres were checked and balanced and my brake discs were checked too…

The only down side was I contacted via the website to try and book in and got no response I also tried to ring and there was no answer.. luckily when I turned up I was seen straight away…

Excellent customer service and workmanship. I went in to have 3 tyres replaced at a more competitive price than where i got the first one done but on inspection the brakes needed replacing. They were able to complete the work immediately though I was unable to collect due to an emergency so they kept my car safe till I could pick up after new year. Happy with the price and service.

I went to have a new tyre fitted due to an unrepairable puncture whilst out working for Uber.. They fitted the tyre and I went home (10 miles away) for my lunch. I went out to check they had fitted the correct type of tyre. To my amazement I see the words INSIDE on the outside of the tyre. I returned for them to fit it correctly. They even came out with some excuses, Unbelievable!

Staff were great. They were helpful and listened well. I was given a booking, arrived, handed over the keys to the car and advised to come back in an hour or so. I did, the car was ready the price was what they told me it would be, I paid and drove off. They did nothing wrong and nearly everything well. I'd recommend BOLTON Protyre.

I liked the convenience and price purchasing on line.However I was disappointed that they wouldn`t fit the new tyres on the rear and move the older rears on to the front. I have years of experience in the motor trade and although they agreed that this is the correct way for fitment they claimed that because my Mazda has TPMS the wheels have to remain in the same location, I decided not to pursue the point and begged to differ. I did on returning home confirm that after a twenty minute delay before using the car the valves are reprogrammed on the car to their new location after a short drive. I do think that a tyre specialist should have up to date information and training for their staff

Prompt efficient service and very importantly, my car was seen at the time I was booked in for, no point in having a booking in system if you can't keep to it. Well done guys!

Car MOT booked on line very easy to use app. Arrived on time. Waited in reception while being done offered free tea or coffee. Pass with advice on one tyre quoted prices without being pushy. Very please with the staff in Bolton.
