Very helpful. Got an air con regas, which unfortunately did not fix my air con as they found my air compressor has died. However, they removed the gas and confirmed a full refund would be processed. Not the ideal outcome during hot summer months, but no fault of theirs, and happy with the outcome

Excellent customer service and very competitive pricing. I was kept up to date during the work, and had the car back within the estimated time frame provided at Drop off

Had wheel alignment and front wheels balanced. 10 days later and a weight has come off and the car vibrates excessively, so worse than when i took it in.

Have had to go to a more reliable garage to get it sorted and discovered that the alignment is also out. Recommend you look elsewhere!

It was the second time I have been to Protyre in Bournemouth. The staff was very attentive, pleasant and professional. I will definitely recommend it.

Very quick service, worked around my needs and did exactly what was needed to fix a nail in my tyre. They looked to repair the tyre and did not give any indication that they wanted to sell a new tyre or inflate what was needed. I've always trusted Pro Tyre everywhere I lived, and they just keep getting better ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went in with a puncture, and hadn't made a booking, the young lad on the front desk was really friendly, and they sorted my tyre out straight away...very impressed!

Went into the Pro Tyre Charminster Branch with extremely squeaky brakes and while OEM parts were only available through the Mercedes Dealership network, the Guys still cleaned up my brakes nevertheless to see if that would help (which it did!). They wouldn't take any money for the work, so I promised them a review.. and will very much plan to use them next time I have a problem. Happy to recommend! Rare to receive such great service!
