Hi yes this is Mr Marty Singh, went to Pro Tyres Leeds road Bradford 3, met Billy who I usually like to get seen by, Billy looked after me, he always gives me good customer service, and always pleasant polite and professional, he had a look at my tyres and he said I need all 4 tyres, so ordered 4 brand new tyres again helped me choose which tyres were good for my car at a very good price, ordered them in for the next day, and got everything done the following day, excellent work. I have been going there for a few a years now, all because how Billy had dealt with me as a customer the very first time, excellent service. Thanks Billy. 5 stars

I was early for my MOT, the mechanic welcomed me into the waiting area, I asked if there was a tea/coffee machine and he asked what I would like, I said a coffee one sugar and he got me one straight away.
After a few minutes my car was in the workshop, I supped my coffee while I read the usually outdated mags(lol)
After about 45 mins the mechanic came into the office and said my car had passed the test.
Its the first time I have been to this test centre, but I know I will use them again.

Fast and efficient service.

Bill went to a lot of trouble to sort out the problem. The low pressure warning light wouldn't go out despite the tyres being at the correct pressure. Despite being a very busy day he tried several options several times. The problem was cured. Thank you

We look after our car to the best of our ability and expect other services to do the same. Protyre did just that where other tyre services don't. Billy was careful with our wheels and also informative plus the price was better than others quoted.
