Fast efficient service at a very competitive price

Great service and quick!

I've used this location for tyres for more than 4 decades since it was Celtic Tyres. I called in yesterday for a tyre check and needed tyres but was told they were booked up as they now operate an appointments system of which I was unaware. I always used to just drive in and receive a service. I was a little unsettled at this response and would have left in search of somewhere which could accommodate me without booking. Up stepped the 5 star Christian who with gentle diplomacy offered a printed quote for me to make cost comparisons elsewhere. I was immediately mollified by this gesture and and we agreed a booking this morning.
On arrival as ever all the staff are competent and incredibly pleasant. A bonus is that, in my opinion, the prices are competitive. Highly recommended

Easy to book MOT online and easy to wait for the service. However, I feel ripped off! I was told my car needed certain repairs and given a quote by Celtic Tyres, I then took my car to another garage and had a quote for half the price. I then found out the cheaper company (Bathwick Tyres) was in fact Celtic Tyres sister company!! Don't get me wrong, the service at both was great, everyone seemed really hardworking and friendly, but when you pay half the price for the same work by a sister company you can't help but feel a bit miffed and ripped off!!

I have gone to this supplier for more years than I care to remember. Efficient, Trustworthy and Friendly. they genuinely remember you. Excellent service. Roy

Rob went out of his way to get me a tyre for my car, phoned me when it was ready and fitted it straight away.

Amazing service given by all the staff . I had a very flat tyre on a run flat BMW the tyres had to be ordered we were given a lift home . Rang us to say the tyres were in being fitted did we need to be picked up . Collected the car fast efficient service on paying .

Friendly staff, and good explanation of tyre health prior to booking. Also offstreet with a nice warm, pet-friendly waiting room was a bonus.
