I booked a battery replacement on line within 90 minutes, cheapest I could find, turned up early and it was started virtually straight away

I was seen very quickly and the problem was identified with the tyre. I was given good advice and recommendations for replacement tyres. As a woman I felt listened to and not taken advantage of.

Be Careful when deciding to use Protyre
Booked with this company as my front tyre was low...my vehicle was due an Mot the following day with another company.
The tyre was changed and as part of the service the other 3 tyres are checked and the tread recorded with the condition of the tyre which were all declared roadworthy.
My vehicle was taken to the MOT station the following day and failed due to the rear tyre as the cord was showing on the inside of the tyre.It was deemed dangerous
The mechanic who conducted the teat and the technician who changed the tyre stated that this should have been picked up by protyre.
I complained and the manager requires pictures which i do not have.Their excuse is it may have happened afterwards....this isnt the case
My advice to anyone using protyre....please do not take it at face value that your tyres are roadworthy before leaving their premises....and take pictures and retain any tyres if you have problems.
I am stil waiting for this to be resolved however no contact from the manager.
My advice would be avoid this company as its clear that things are being missed regardless of what excuses they come up with.

Very good service, online and fitting
Really pleased with the service. Ordered online for fitting in Bridgend including 4-wheel alignment. Friendly staff and would use again. Fitted Falken Ziex 320's at a good price for a 2001 BMW e39 and first impressions are positive. As I do low mileage the tyres will likely perish long before the the tread wears out.
