I had trouble with puncture repair from…
I had trouble with puncture repair from the previous day and I really needed a replacement tyre. Liam, the manager in Telford, was very helpful and checked to see if there was the correct tyre size at Bridgnorth (there were non available in Telford). The tyre was available there.
I went to Bridgnorth and Leyton and his colleague were able to fit the tyre quickly, so I was able to attend a meeting , which I didn’t think I would be able to.

Took too long :(
Took over 1.5hrs to fit 2 front tyres + tracking on VW Golf @ Bridgnorth branch. What is the point of the 'hour' slot when booking ? Avoid if you're on any sort of timescale (i.e. lunch hour like I was !). The staff were polite though. Used Protyre Telford the week before on a different vehicle - in and out in 45 minutes.

Amazing team
Toby , Adam ,Jon and Leighton are incredible staff members and so dedicated to their job! They show passion and their amazing knowledge on cars. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them. This is not my first experience here and certainly won’t be my last !!
Montel was also very helpful with booking in.
