Great service for the supply and fitting of new tyres - but sadly very poor service for the tracking service.
Having paid £40 for front tracking alignment, it was actually off line in the opposite direction when leaving the Brislington branch. It was too late in the day to turn around and go back.
I went back on the Saturday (3 days later) just after midday to get it rectified, but the Brislington branch was closed, even though website said open.

Then went back to the same branch on Monday, and explained the situation.
The gent who did the tracking asked if I had hit a kerb etc.! I explained it was like it immediately after I had left the branch.
He was not happy and grumpy. (Customer service is king).
Anyhow, he checked the tracking and said adjustments had been made.
When leaving, the tracking was again still off but off in the opposite direction this time.

As such I went to the Bath branch of Protyre (Bathwick Tyres) yesterday (Tuesday) and explained the issue.
When they checked, and they showed me the tracking print off after the second realignment by Brislington - they explained the tracking was still not aligned or correct and hence it had red highlights showing the issue still…!!

The Bath gent then re did the tracking - and he got it spot on. All now perfect.
That was after a third attempt, but meant going to a different branch to get it corrected.

My car was expected as per agreed appointment.
I arrived early and was seen immediately and my car had all 4 tyres fitted, balanced and wheel alignment checked in super fast time.

Good service, helpful and friendly. Was told options on tyres. They were more expensive than I envisaged but as I have always had reliable service in the past I asked for the tyres to be fitted which was done immediately.

very good service, the staff were very friendly and experienced and carried out the wheel alignment on my Mercedes Sprinter van quickly and efficiently.

I visited on the monday for a puncture which was repaired.
Returned on friday same Tire I thought the repair had failed. BUT there it was clear as day ANOTHER screw.!!!
They repaired again immediately and decided not to charge me.
I think that is GREAT customer service.

Easy to book for Air Con recharge, they already had my details on file, arrived later in day and didn't have to wait long for service to be completed.
Air Con works great with new recharge, very pleased.
Staff friendly and helpful.

First of all we were told at the garage there was no air filters to change on my type of car when I asked for them to be changed as well as being re gassed then I had a phone call to say yes there are filters did we want them changed I agreed then when we went back following a call to say the car was ready they then said they couldn’t do the filters as need to be done by a main dealer. Poor service and don’t believe a word they say.

Fast,efficient

Car fitted with brand new tyres, no complaint in that. Today I had my service done to another garage who informed me that the wheel hub has been damaged when the tyres have been changed. Tried to spoke with the manager who told me that it is not his problem because they did a good job. Now I’m having a not safe car to drive and I have to replace the part at my own cost due to their incompetence.

The manager also accused me to create the damage to the nuts? And he hanged up on my face, quite unprofessional.

I also had pictures of the screwed nuts.

Friendly staff, happy to help and nothing seemed to be too much bother. Got the job finished quickly and looked happy to see me!

Guys were great & very professional

Scratched my alloy, got 4 tyres the rear two are 12 years old the front 2 tyres are 8 years old..... Only two positives are they are quick / efficient and good value if you're in a pinch.

This is the second time I’ve used this company once for tyres and now a puncture. The service I’ve received each time is second to none.
