Excellent service at Pro Tyre Bristol today. The fitter Chad was very helpful and professional and a credit to the company. I won't go anywhere else!
The Protyre staff were excellent, agreeing to book my car in for MOT and brakes work at very short notice after I couldn't get the car in anywhere else.

Thanks to Dave and the team at Pro-Tyre, Lawrence Hill Bristol for the care in fitting new Pirelli PZERO PZ5 to my mint condition Forged alloys..
Dave was kind enough to show me the Pirelli approved tool he used that removes all backing weight material without any risk of damaging the wheels.
It's the little things that matter - this saved me significant time when I took the wheels off later that day to clean and ceramic treat.

I feel cheated because the garage…
I feel cheated because the garage didn't inform me about the additional fee for the mot retest before the test started. I strongly do not recommend it.

Slow Puncture
Great job, found a puncture and repaired rather than fleecing me for a new tyre. Staff friendly/helpful. Had to wait a while to fix but very happy overall.

Short wait but excellent service
Booked an appointment online and had a short wait due to the workload but sat and had a free coffee and a chat with the guy on the desk when he wasn't on the phone or serving customers. Great service.

No locking wheel nut key in the car…
No locking wheel nut key in the car booked in for 11am. Helped me search and in the end remembered that two weeks earlier the garage had changed the rear disks and pad. They still had it. Got it back and at 13:30 they got on straight away and charged the tyres quickly. Super job and great gays.

What a fantastic experience replacing tyres as such short notice.
What a fantastic experience locating and having 2 tyres fitted within 2 hours from start to finish. This was so easy from useing Protyre website, locating Church Rd, Bristol branch, booking and paying for the completed work. It stayed such a positive experience from the time we entered reception area too, when we meet Chad. He was so welcoming and explained everything that was going to happen. It was a lovely atmosphere while we were waiting in the reception area and we noticed everyone who was there and came was treated exactly the same as us. Ant who replaced our replacement tyres, showed us respect, explained the tracking results clearly for us to understand and completed the job to a great standard. We will diffinetly be back and recommend others to use them too. Thank you
