What fabulous service! I have been recommending Protyre Autocare to my friends after discovering that what I thought was a minor issue with a tyre, turned out to be a much bigger issue. The staff were very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable and gave me a range of options and did some complex multi-factor work in a really short time and at a very good price. They could really not have been more helpful and certainly went the extra mile. Won't be going anywhere else for my tyres in the future.

They were busy but fitted me in as we were on our way on holiday when we realised there was a bulge in our front tyre. Manager was very friendly and managed to get me a good price for two Pirellis. They also swapped the other front to the rear which they found had a slow puncture in it. Both manager and the tyre fitters were very polite and helpful. Great Service all round.

Easy to book online, excellent customer service and professional honest opinion on vehicle requirements.

I had a slow puncture and called in without an appointment. Initially I was told that they were fully booked. However while I was trying to find an alternative the manager had phoned a customer who was due in and found that they didn't need their appointment, he came out and took my car and the puncture was mended. There was also a comfortable waiting room with free tea/coffee.

Staff were helpful and explained what they had done in detail. Little extras like checking fluid levels and letting me know the tread for all tyres appreciated.
