Poor poor service
Poor poor service. Always used to go here for years but took them 1hr 20mins to change one tyre. Staff laughing loudly swearing and looking at vids on phone instead of working. Unprofessional. Poor customer service. As a woman made me feel very intimidated. Went to tanvic and had another tyre done there totally different experience. Thought the days of women feeling like this in such situations were over. Felt like I was walking into a 1980s garage. So disappointed as this was establishment used to be fab!!!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE AGAIN!
I have been using Corby Pro Tyre for some considerable time now and they have never failed me.
On this occasion it was for an MOT on my Porsche Panamera.
Initially it failed due to a front tyre. I represented the vehicle the next day with the fault rectified and it passed.
During my visits I was assisted by both PAUL and CALLUM who kept me informed and updated at all times on the progress of the MOT.
In comparison, AIDEN the MOT tester was most thorough with his inspection of my vehicle and gave me a comprehensive debrief on an advisory I enquired about.
At all times I was treated like a valued customer and made to feel welcome. In addition, my vehicle was treated with respect.
I congratulate Corby Pro Tyre for having such high calibre staff at your disposal; they are all a real credit to your company.

MOT, Tyres plus many others services
I’m very happy with pro tyres in Corby base, in my last 3 years my both cars I do here. they are very good. I will recommend to see the team when u need some looking after your cars.

Having had tyres from these guys in the…
Having had tyres from these guys in the past they were my first choice to sort out a replacement tyre as a result of a puncture.
They as always gave me great service and a reasonable price.

Positive experience on both occassions
Lovely lady organises the team and the guys are knowledgeable and work with care. Prices are fair and they will fit you in if they can, no need to make appointments weeks in advance like another compnay I could mention who claims to be 'Quick'....

Didn’t like the fact it took a week to…
Didn’t like the fact it took a week to fix the car. 3 stars because the bloke was understanding and gave a decent discount. Without that it would be one star.
I understand that things happen but this was a bit too much.
