First class experience
From first pulling up to handing the keys back these guys were great. Polite fast and did an exceptional job on my Mercedes. Prices were way better than the competition too which was a bonus. Going back for other two tyres very soon. Highly recommend

Thumbs up to Kyle and team
Booked another of the families car in for mot online having used this company three times already, very straight forward, great price. My wife dropped it off at the Crewe branch and said the lads were polite.
The mot was done on time and I received a phone call from Kyle saying car had passed and was ready for collection, I was very pleased with Kyle and his manner, wife collected and again the lads very polite.
Got daughters mot coming up so will be back

8.5 hours is not enough time for a service and MOT
Paid for a 'gold service' and MOT, dropped car off at 8:30, went back at 5pm to pick it up after no updates to see the car on the ramp having the MOT - then told it had failed - '2 minor things' if had 10 more mins would be able to sort it out for you but not enough time! Went back on Monday to be told cost to repair was £221! - for a ball joint gaitor that was letting in dust - 'the whole thing has to be replaced' Got nothing to show the service was completed - no checklist or similar - when pressed gave a copy of the invoice! Gold service says will increase chanc of passing the MOT - suspension should have been checked and if faulty I surely should have been advised - very poor all around.

Great Service
Very helpful on the phone, and were able to change our damaged tyre straightaway. Would definitely recommend trying these guys.
