I’ve returned for the second year in a row for mot and repair. These guys are the best and very honest. It’s just how a garage should be.

Honest, quick and effective

Promised a service they couldn't deliver and gave me no notice, therefore wasting my time. Also very brusque and no apologies for either their failure to deliver or the inconvenience caused.

went to protyre for new motorcycle tyres,
The fitter was friendly chatty and also adjusted my chain and checked my brakes for no extra charge, he also gave me a few hints on other issues that I was unaware of .
All in all very good service the tyres were fitted , balanced and new valves fitted .

Excellent Service, Mororbike tyre fitted in no time.

Easy to use appointment system which makes life a lot easier when you arrive. The only issue I had was with the online tyre selection, even though it recognised my van from the number plate it put forward tyres that were the wrong load rating. I eventually found you need to go into the menu and begin your search starting at van tyres, then the correct spec tyres are put forward. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

My appointment at Protyre in Enfield was punctual and easy to find.
I had booked for two motorcycle tyres.
My experience was far from what I expected due to the care, knowledge and expertise of Dan.
Top class advice and genuine first class customer service. Can’t recommend both protyre and Dan specifically. I will for sure be back for winter tyres.

Quick service

I got a really good deal on some Pirelli tyres and wheel balancing online. When I got to the location I had chosen the guys could not have been more helpful. It was quite refreshing meeting people that acted so professionally. Well done.

Guy fitting the tyres gets a 5, guys in the office a 3.
Keyholder arrived 20 mins late. Didnt know what orders/appointments were coming up first. Also, booking system shouldnt allow 8:30 appointments if they are literally opening up at that time.

I pre-booked three tyres online. The team were efficient on my arrival with at least 2 people working on the car. Excellent service throughout. The team were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Fast and efficient, good communication, higher price than some others

Efficient, quick and good price. Guy that fit my tyres was a nice guy that came and got me to discuss few things with my wheels. I even overheard him say to a colleague 'leave these with me because they are really tight'.
