Bought a full set of wellies for my 500 Abarth online via Protyre, selected the Guildford centre for fitment. Happy with price of the tyres but the customer service was beyond good. Arrived early, invited in, offered coffee, kept updated. The team found an issue with my wheels... helped fully and didn't send me packing. Actually said come back when I'd fully resolved the issue to complete everything. 100% true to word, I went back and they did the final checks. Massive shout out to Rebecca (Becky) Dummer and the team!

Staff happy to help an OCD customer
They staff where very polite, friendly and didnt seem fazzed by a couple of personal requests when it came to working on my Golf. I am rather particular when it comes to the car, and they where happy to assist.

Fitted me in for 4 tyres without significant delay when they had told Black Circles that I should leave the car with them, but Black Circles had told me I had an 11.00 appointment. They had agreed to fit me in when another garage let me down
