We turned up at Kiplings this morning having got a dead battery over the weekend. We met with Roy working in Reception who advised that they could fit a new battery more or less straight away. We were very pleased with this news and agreed to wait on the premises whilst the work was carried out. We noticed how clean all the areas are and all staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We were offered coffees by the mechanics when they came into Reception which was a nice touch. The work was done at very reasonable cost and we experienced a very friendly and efficient service by Roy and the mechanics.

Got there early and still fitted me in also they found my air con had no gas and asked me if they should carry on as it could be a leak so couldn't find fault with them top guys will definitely be using them again

lack of clear,coherent explanation of problem.
Not able to give me a quote for repairs so my vehicle could pass MOT.
However,after 3 days I spoke to another member of staff who explained things more clearly.

Great service, called me within 2 hours to explain the situation and collected car again in no time at all.

I replaced all 4 tyres. Got a flat tyre within 4 hours. They instantly blamed something else until they had no choice but accepting they sold me a faulty tyre. This got me on the road side at 10pm under the rain. No apology, no gestures. I wrote to customer service, still awaiting for an answer. Never again.

Awful experience , went for a mot mentioned I needed things replacing which were only changed a month ago. Told them to leave it after a failed MOT and was still charged for labour.
Took it to my usual trusted place in kings Langley and cost less than a third of the price that quoted ( 1200 ) please be careful here.

always get 5 star service from these guys,would definitely recommend them for all your car repairs.

Service was terrible and the workers were rude, they were placing bets among them selfs if my alloy was buckled.

When using MOT offers, one is always skeptical about add on charges but they were honest, no additiinal cost.. well served.

It was so easy to book the MOT online and on arrival the staff were polite, professional, welcoming and very prompt starting the mot. Coffee/tea and a comfy place to watch and wait.

Couldn’t do alignment on the day because they didn’t have the codes?? They were to call me back in a couple of days but that was a week ago. I have tried calling the branch but no one is answering. Can i get my money back immediately.

They are polite, quick and efficient, good at what they do. They also know how to fit tyres.

Have used Protyre several times before so know I can trust Protyre. Everything went go plan without issue (as usual !), only deducted a point because of distance I had to travel to my nearest depot (20mls ☹️) Why can't my nearest town have a Protyre ?

I've used Protyre a few times now and find them good to deal with and friendly. MoT this time, dropped it off, went and did something else and it was ready when I got back. All good.

1st time using this branch of protyre, pleasantly surprised, very warm welcoming atmosphere, clean, bright, quick & efficient, thanks team.
