Nice group of lads in there and genuinely try to help. But I don’t think their skills are up to scratch. I had to go to Kwik Fit to get a proper alignment and tyres done. They don’t have all the equipment and skills to do a lot of basic stuff. But they will tell you if they can’t do something to be fair.

Great service, friendly and fast to get the work done.

The staff were helpful and polite. They booked in the puncture assessment and repair, but were unable to give me an appointment on the day.
I took the car in the next day and they said they would ring when it was ready for collection. In the afternoon they rang to say it was ready and I collected the car from them. All was good.

Ryan is very personable. Nothing is ever too much trouble. However, he is always realistic with what can be done. The problem we had with tyres slowly deflating has been rectified.

I had my tyres fitted in the summer, and the service was great then.

I had a high screeching sound that came on all of a sudden whilst driving. I stopped in Ilkley to check what it was, couldn’t see anything and realise Protyre was only a short drive away. So limped the car there.

They were more than happy to take a look and help us out, we didn’t book, but helped us anyway.
