Always good service
My 14yr old Kia has had MOT and services at the Lake branch for many years, I have found they give straight forward advice and good service at a reasonable price. Any issues are explained clearly by friendly "front of house" staff.

New tyre
I arrived at Protyre, Lake, Isle of Wight. Urgently needing a new tyre. They did have my tyre in stock and understandably after a wait they replaced my tyre. The chap on reception went the extra mile in helping me out as I didn’t have my phone on me to contact family, he kindly let me use his personal phone.

A very pleasant experience.
Easy to use web site to select a fitting day and order and prepay for tyre products. Turned up at selected time on day requested and tyre fitted in 20 minutes whilst I relaxed with a free coffee. very pleasant.

All staff were helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. Also after doing the job required, I needed to return due to a warning light. They sorted the minor problem out in no time.

Brilliant firm not only did they tell me that it was going to cost alot they did it in the same day. Friendly helpful team at lake put me at ease. Took it in at 9am was back at 4 2 year waranty so grateful to the team rhere

Drumming up extra trade or looking after the customer ??omer??
Fitting and ordering tyres great.
After fitting i was told my brake pads were low and would need replacing. On top he then added the discs are showing signs of wear and would also need replacing. I was then given a quote. Went to three other dealers including suzuki all said there was no problems with discs. Also suzuki pointed out to me they had been replaced three years ago. Am i being unfair that this was possibly a scare tactic to drum up trade!!

Problem identified.
Fitted me in at short notice. Checked the balanced in one wheel and highlighted the problem with the 2nd. Pointed me towards company on estate (CNC Coatings) who could fix.
