Good result , expensive Tracking
Was fitted in at last minute. 2 tyres fitted. Fitter spoke to me about severe uneven wear on both tyres and strongly recommended tracking checked. I agreed. On querying the price beforehand he said about £50 when he showed me the results he then quoted me £100 to rectify which I thought excessive, especially as it took him literally minutes to fix. So pleased with the result, disappointed with the cost.

They persevered to find a difficult fault when performing an MOT on my car. Very grateful otherwise I would have had to buy another car. The cost was fair and reasonable.

The most helpful garage in my city, hands down.
I love these guys. They are so helpful and accommodating. I had an issue with my car at about 8:30am and by 10am I had been booked in, seen and sent happily on my way. Hero's, the lot of them, frankly. And very nice people too. I won't use anyone else and recommend them to everybody I know.

Great service! The falken tyres i wanted were the cheapest i could find on line plus a further £40 discount on 4 tyres. Staff were polite and friendly. They got on with the job straight away and the agreed time so i wasn’t hanging around waiting. Highly recommended!

Very poor mot guy who fails things that…
Very poor mot guy who fails things that don't exist. If u can't see a broken item but still fail that means business for them. I was charged over £160 for am item which takes less than 10mins to change each side. They think people are stupid. The item was not faulty in first place. The manager looked a guru of everything poor intellect and no customer manner. They recharge mot fees and u will be lurde into paying them more for MOT to pass. Please AVOID!
They will blame you and they are backing themselves to gain more business.. that is not fair ripping people MOT failure when there is no fault!
I had a reply from the manager with no resolution. I am taking my case to Dvsa to investigate them further as they are not genuine guys..PLEASE AVOID THIS PROTYRE !

Last few years am A customer of Protyre Leicester Bradgate am all ways happy to service Mot etc But this time unhappy because the Staff fix my car battery after all most one month am fed up My car is Mitsubishi outlander PHEV Thay change my battery then start problem Car not electric charging many times Am vist there and thay said Sunroof not connect before change battery no problem I meet Diagnosis people spend more than 200 pound Car normally drive no issues agan I vist Protyre workshop The battery connection is lose thay put screw with Looking very bad still problem Never Go there waste of money and time also Car is not Charging 2025 same place change the battery that time no issues New mechanic what did No idea 🤔
