Brilliant service, fitted 4 new tyres for my campervan, also went out their way to phone me back about keeping one of the old tyres as a spare, even fitted it to my spare rim for free, great service!

I arrived late as my tire had a nail in…
I arrived late as my tire had a nail in it and had gone down, they guys helped me get home with a temporary fix of my tyre even though they were closing and booked in to have a new tyre the following day, fab service from all the lads and a good price for the tyre. Would highly recommend

Excellent service
Excellent service, I called up to check stock of tyres, but they were out of stock. I was advised of a better tyre, and given a good discount. Arrived at my appointment time and all sorted out very quickly and efficiently. Leyland Protyre will definitely be my go to place for tyre now.

Great service
Made an appointment the day before for tracking and got a suitable time in a Saturday. Staff friendly and explained the process, cost is comparable to other places for tracking. Given a full report of tyres etc when we left.

Called in to get a tyre repair and was…
Called in to get a tyre repair and was told need a new tyre. Opted to change the two on same axle. Was told that tyre brand wasn’t available and best price was for 2 at £180 each approx.
Decided to have a look on line and discovered that I could get the tyre brand I wanted and it would be £40 less from same garage (Protyre Leyland). I booked it.
The fitting and service was excellent. However the initial contact and suggested pricing etc was not.
Have always used this garage for many years. Not so sure anymore

Don’t rely on appt time
I feel bad giving too low a review because they were nice guys but I booked an appt to have my aircon regassed at 09:30 one morning. I dropped the keys into reception at about 09:25 they said it would be about an hour so I went for breakfast at a cafe round the corner. Returned at 10:30 and my car was still where I left it.. I went back into reception and was told it would be 10-15 minutes and just take a seat. 11:15 I got my keys back. I had plans after the appointment that were effected by the delay, I get they’re busy but the whole point in booking that appointment rather than just turning up was to fit it around my day. I feel better communication would have been nice if I had known it was going to take that long I could’ve just rebooked for another day. The guys were nice and they checked my tyres without me asking while they had the car so I don’t really want to slate them but it was just inconvenient 😂 just bare in mind if you’re booking for something not to plan anything around it I guess

Prompt service, friendly staff and competitive pricing
We'd been advised that we needed two new tyres on my wife's car so we dropped into Protyre Leyland on spec. They ordered us some tyes at a good price and booked us in for two days later. I took the car in at the scheduled time and was all done in half an hour. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
