Extremely helpful quick and and efficient. Took car early for MoT - 2 tyres fixed then. MoT showed other two needed new - done; and new number plate produced within the hour. Tom and colleagues much to be commended.

Had my alignment done
Service was brilliant, i took my road car in and let the guy doing the alignment know i intended to take the car to the track. The setup was really good thanks to the technician that did the work. on previous track days i had destroyed my tyres but now they sit flat on the track. Thank you Micheldever, ill definitely be back

I always deal with this company as it does good work for my vehicle and my motorcycle. regretably they will not work on motorcycle tyres anymore. They seemed short of competent staff. told a few had left because of poor pay. I find this sad, always had good service in the past.

I booked, paid on the website.
I booked on the website, choose my tyres and time slot. Great price. But booking a slot made no difference, which I thought it would. I was on site for 1hr 45 mins. Joined the que which was only 3 cars but still had to take my turn even after booking a time slot. I was under the impression that doing it all on the website would have made it a quick turnaround as it was a Tuesday. A bit disappointed as my family and myself have used Micheldever Tyrs since they started with their small shed next to the pub back in the 70s.

The service is normally very good and…
The service is normally very good and efficient but on this occasion, it was so slow. Appeared to be a lack of staff so tyres were being ordered but not being finished and fitted to cars. I arrived at c 9am and no queue, but ordering to fitting took over two hours!

Competitive prices, stock availability, pre booked visit and fitters running on time. Very efficient.
Only niggles - the customer toilet is a bit grim, and why do tyre fitters never clean off the white lubricant from my wheels!

The site is clearly short stuffed
The site is clearly short stuffed! Booked and paid online for a 10:30 hrs fitting, for wo new tyres and front wheels alignment, got there for 10:15hrs. It took ages even to get checked in! They finished to fit the tyres at 13:40 and could not do the front wheels alignment as it was too late for me at that time! There were even staff missing at the counter to give me the invoice. Got refunded the cost of the wheels alignment on after chasing again by e-mail. Not impressed on this occasion.

Whilst on this occasion the waiting time to get to the service point was rather long, all aspects of wheel alignment and replacing two front tyres went well.
