The Tyre changing (4 tyres) and tracking process went fairly quickly. However, I was third in the queue and the tyre checking-in process took over half an hour.

It was booked immediately after I phoned whilst other garages were unable to do it quickly, and more importantly unable to do it while I waited at their premises. You fulfilled all my desires for an urgent and fully successful job done, at good value for money price!

I was happy with the work carried out. I pre-booked for 11.30am but no work started until after 12.20pm. Why have a pre-book system if you don’t stick to it.

Always received a good honest service and MOT from these guys. Would happily use again and recommend.

Usual good service at Micheldever Tyres. I did notice however the balancer was removing the tyre label AFTER balancing the wheel.

utterly professional, efficacious and courteous service

Aircon regas - technically, the job was done, but I was not made to feel in any way welcome on site. I had booked the job online and turned up punctually for my appointment. The occupant in reception was on a phone call when I arrived - a lengthy phone call in which he was ordering parts. No eye contact or brief “I’ll be with you in a moment” type acknowledgement of my presence. When I returned afterwards, three technicians were talking outside and one of them directed me to speak with the receptionist. Reception was empty but my key and receipt were on the counter. I called out but no reply. I walked back out and round to my car, but he could not be found. The same tech then approached and wordlessly handed me my key and receipt. I asked if all was OK - “yes”. I took this as my cue to leave. So, yes, job done, but a very unwelcoming and unpleasant experience.

Purchased 2 new tyres for my car. Have used Micheldever Tyres many times. Always friendly and professional at competitive prices. Highly recommend

Tried ordering tyres on line, needed 4, only had 3 in stock. Return email tried selling more expensive replacements, returned email requesting a delivery date. No response. Tried the next week still showing no stock, put on the comment as above, no response so called the garage, was told there had been a mix up on stock levels and that they would call me back. No call received. Third time lucky on the next weekend, purchased tyres and booked a time slot, arrived on time, garage very quiet, still had to wait more than 1/2 hour before car started. Will shop around next time.
