Excellent service all round.
Had 4tyres replaced, all done efficiently and was leaving within 45mins. All the guys are helpful . Will definitely be using again.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. While my car was in for a wheel alignment, my house keys were taken out of my vehicle without any valid reason, as they were kept completely separate from my car keys. It required CCTV checks and repeated conversations with staff before the keys eventually turned up on a mechanic’s toolbox. This caused me unnecessary worry and left me very concerned about how customer property is handled. Although the manager was supportive during the search, the fact that the keys went missing in the first place is unacceptable, and has left me with serious doubts about the trustworthiness of this centre.

They were honest and efficient in the service they provided.

Ches and all the Team at Protyre were exceptional and extremely helpful. Unfortunately my son had lost the Locking Wheel Nut Tool, but it wasn’t an issue with the team as they drilled the 4 locking wheel nuts out and ordered replacements. They fitted 4 new tyres and recharged the Air conditioning system for a great price. I waited while all the work was carried out and enjoyed a couple of lovely complimentary coffees from their modern coffee machine.
Overall the whole experience and service was excellent and all the Protyre Team were very helpful and friendly.
I would highly recommend.

Needed a puncture repair quickly. The team were brilliant - fitted me in within hours, checked and repaired the tyre and researched a replacement just in case one was needed (which fortunately this time it wasn't). I also got a comprehensive report on the state of all four tyres so I'm ready to replace them at the right time.

Easy to book car in, price explained over the phone no hidden surprises ! Complimentary tea coffee etc if you want it, reception area , clean and tidy ,and comfy chairs!
