this place always put the customer first before the business. This last occasion was the third time they could've had money out of me but instead advised on a different course of action saving hundreds!

I may have been lucky that I called without an appointment but I was attended to immediately .
The tyres ,front brake discs and emergency puncture repair kit were quickly and efficiently checked with a printed out report while I was given a welcome free coffee Not pushed into buying tyres when not really needed .Highly recommended tyre company

Dealing with Justin who was professional, informative and reliable

If I could give the guys down protyre Pembroke dock more than 5 stars I would. Only recently started using this garage for myself and my son’s car and they’ve been fantastic from day one. Justin and the other guy (can’t think of his name) have been so helpful! And I’ve been in a fair few times 😂 100% recommend without a doubt!

Brilliant service from both Justin and Rob, no inflating prices or doing unnecessary work, would highly recommend.

Justin and his team were super helpful as always helping get my van back on the road the same day after it broke down on the job. They were able to source a part same day and gave me a firm price and kept me informed when they found another perished part and again sourced it same day. 5/5 service again. Thanks guys 👏🏻

Excellent mechanical service on the shop floor but this branch seems to be short staffed. Still waiting for prices on some work required. Already had to find alternative outlets to do some of the work due to the delays in provision of quotes. Also seems to be a high staff turnover, not a good indicator of reliability……

Thanks for your response that my concerns have been raised with the area manager and your assurances that he would contact me in due course but he/she must be a busy person as I have heard diddly squat from your offices in the 20 days since. Are you really interested in retaining a customer base or just making excuses?

Went to have two parts replaced ( which I supplied) and the tracking done a job that should have taken an hour, tops, was there THREE HOURS as a young kid tried to do the job and didn't know what he was doing ( his words not mine ) . Nobody seemed to care not even an offer of a tea / coffee .

Great service! Really helpful staff who provided good advice. I sat and waited for my car, 2 free cappuccinos and a chat with the very knowledgeable woman on reception (apologies I can’t remember her name) and I drove away a very happy customer.
