Had tyres checked told 2 new front ones…
Had tyres checked told 2 new front ones and they will be here the next day. So booked in a time turned up only to be wrong and told the wrong tyres had arrived. Booked another appointment arrived asked if the tyres was at the garage told yes only be rung 15 minutes later to be told actually they haven't arrived. You did go and get some from another garage but obviously made me wait longer than expected. So no not a good experience.

Staff are very helpful the new staff…
Staff are very helpful the new staff are a lot better. Had a bad experience two years ago at your Belper branch that damaged my brakes and at first would not admit it till pentagon vauxhall got involved. With the new staff I would now recommend recommend the Ripley branch.

Accident and flat tyre
After having an accident outside the shop and weekend ago. The shop was due to shut but I had a completely flat tyre, they stayed and got my tyre sorted for me. Fantastic service and excellent staff.

a very warm greeting from staff .we said we would have a walk around ripley while they regased the car they told us where we could get a drink and something to eat if needed.in the end we had a breakfast at the local whetherspoons had a good look around ripley.many thanks j taylor.

Brilliant service yet again!
Rang up on a week day at 4pm with a slow
Puncture and I was in, patched up and back home within an hour and a half. Kim and Chris were excellent, very friendly and even did a free tyre check while repairing the tyre. I can’t fault them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Really helpful chap
Really helpful chap! Checked my tyre and gave me advice, didn't push a sale but decided on a new tyre anyway. I'm definitely going to be going there again and my husband said he's going to get his tyres from there in future. Prices very good aswell!
