Visited 29/10/26 and 2/11/26. Had fantastic service, staff I dealt with were very helpful, professional and polite. Contacted them by email and they were quick and helpful in responding. I had to get in touch few times and every time they were great.

Booking online very straight forward
Booking online very straight forward
Competitive price.
They were already when I arrived with the car at the booked time.
Able to go back to work for an hour while they fitted the tyres and corrected the tracking.
They phoned me when the job was complete.
The only downside is the lack of parking. I did manged to park OK when dropping the car off, but can be an issue

Warm welcome on arrival and directed towards the complimentary tea and coffee as I was going to be waiting. Also shown some colouring equipment for my young child.
2 new tyres fitted quickly and all staff encountered were friendly. Guy on the front desk was particularly welcoming even taking the time to have a quick chat with my toddler who was fascinated with looking through the window into the workshop to see our car.

I had a puncture in my Civic
I had a puncture in my Civic, I needed the wheel removed and the space saver put on as I was unable to sort it . They were extremely busy, but found time to swop wheels , I was then asked to return the following morning to collect the whey, they kindly replaced it on the car .
This is why I always use Protyres, always friendly polite and helpful, that should cover it all otherwise I could get boring 🤣🤣

Had a major service on my Ford
Had a major service on my Ford Ecosport, alas quite a few items needed some fairly prompt action. Drove it away same day and was booked in almost at once for all faults to be rectified. Great service, manager explained all work and why it needed doing. Would never take my car anywhere else, very trustworthy.
