Great customer care
I was shocked when my car failed it's Mot but Paul talked me through my options and gave me his advice. He also took time to reassure me that once this wear and tear maintenance was done my little Jazz would serve me well for a lot longer yet! The work was completed the same day. I used Protyres at Wickham previously. It's further for me to go now they've moved to Segensworth but Paul offered to collect my car for its next Mot which is amazing. All things considered I drove away a happy customer!

The best garage in hampshire.
Everyone at protyre is amazing and looks after you, they also make sure your car is at the best they can before they even think about letting you have it back. Highly recommend them, I would not use any other garage but protyre segensworth. They are also helpful with booking the right service you need done and there is no hidden charges like some other garages

Great chaps at Segensworth
Great chaps at Segensworth. Saturday service went well, and they did a repair on my slow puncture. Couldn't guarantee the fix, so they didnt charge me for this. Fingers crossed it lasts another 2k miles before they need replacing anyway.

Above and beyond
Took my Tesla in to which i discovered spares for the lower RH suspension are harder to obtain than Gold. Talking to the staff a solution was presented. They fitted the parts very quickly for me due to an upcoming meeting in the North, and went above and beyond by fitting not just the right but the left as well. All for a very reasonable price. Great customer service and professional service! 5 Stars!

I took my car into Segensworth for a check relating to overheating. This was thoroughly checked and the reason for overheating was sourced and deal with very efficiently. Cannot emphasise the way the matter was dealt with in a courteous and kind manner.
