Great service
I initially booked online for wheel alignment. I arrived for appointment 09.15 Saturday morning and was advised that what I was describing was unlikely to be an alignment problem, more likely wheel balance issue. This meant booking a different appointment 2 days later. All 4 wheels balanced and car feels better to drive so happy with Protyre ultimately. I would have given 5 stars but for the wasted appointment - makes me wonder why it's an option to book it online.

Tyre repair
Popped in on my way home as my tyre pressure monitor went off. Turns out I had a nail lodged in the tyre. Mandy and Scott were on hand to fit me in straight away and sort the problem out. Luckily for me it was repair rather than a new tyre. I’ve been using Protyre for a fair number of years now. All the staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond to help. Cannot praise them enough.

Took car for two new tyres
Took car for two new tyres. When I got home the car app informed me that the tyre pressure was low on the two new tyres. I am amazed that your fitter did not put the correct pressure in the new tyres. The info he needed is readily available. It would seem poor workmanship not to ensure the tyre was fitted correctly and ready to use.

I have used this garage for over 10 years always a great service. Disapointed that you will longer be undertaking bike servicing. Which means i have to find an alternative garage
