Good price and fast service

I wanted a specific trailer tyre which not many companies stock. Protyre had it in stock and it was delivered to our local Protyre location the next day. Fitting was exactly at the arranged time, and very efficiently done. Couldn't ask for better service.

Took car for MOT ( which still had 3 weeks left)
Asked whether car likely to pass or fail as had a side light out. Told unable to tell until they’d looked at it. Car failed MOT and chap then said “yeah, knew it would fail !” My car is now off the road until I can source a secondhand part but I use my car daily for my job.
Very annoyed they didn’t indicate I should fix lamp first and return for MOT within 3 weeks. Won’t be using or recommending them again.

This garage fitted my car in very quickly for an MOT when I realised it had already expired! They were helpful, polite and efficient; would definitely use again

I had a bad experience a few years ago when my car was failed on an MOT. It was failed on the brake discs and pads which you offered to replace at vast cost, over £200.00. There were some advisories which included the main cable on this Hybrid car. I sought a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Both testers told me the brakes were fine and the 3rd centre passed the car. They could not understand why it had adviseries on the cable.
The car has passed another MOT this week with THE SAME ORIGINAL BRAKE DISCS fitted.
The manager at your depot made a goodwill gesture on the price for two tyres, for which I am grateful.

Efficient service despite the part required (battery) having to be delivered from your parts supplier. This was delivered within 1 hour of being requested on a Saturday morning.

Good workmanship, helpful and reasonable cost

I booked the MOT for my car at very short notice, online. I was greeted by a courteous & helpful guy at my appointment time & I left the garage confidant that my car was in good hands. I was contacted when my MOT was completed & ready for collection. Again the guys were very helpful & I took my car back home with a new MOT - everything went smoothly & would use this Protyre garage again.
