Mark was great and very helpful...and got the job done excellent service from mark ... The only thing is there is no vending machine for a coffee which when your waiting that's what you need .

Brilliant staff job done without any drama

Great to be able to pick a time slot. Not great to be told “you’ve picked tyres for a BMW” but when the website states “suited for BMW” you assume these are ok for any car, but if you own a BMW, pick these. Staff explained the reason for the description due to the compound. Anyway I wanted those specific Goodyear tyres as had them before. Also when I ordered exactly the same tyre 6 months ago, no sign was visible in website saying “suited for “BMW.

Your team at Bredbury are top notch, both in advice and the way they offer different types of tyre and what that will mean to the car.

Excellent customer service as always. Needed my tyre sensors replacing. I always use this garage for tyres. They are so friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. I’ve had previous bad experiences at some other garages especially where they can be patronising or where they’ve tried to persuade me to have work done that I don’t need. I trust Protyre to give me excellent advice and to treat their customers professionally always. I’m always really happy with the work that they do and will continue to use their services.

I turned up with a suspected puncture they looked at it straight away. Got the wheel off and it turned out to be a faulty valve which still required tyre removal.
Would not accept any payment whatsoever not even a cash tip.

II haven't received my report yet. The technician needs to enter the wheel alignment information into the computer. He asked me to enter the registration number of your car on the website later so that I can get the report back. I haven't received it until today!
