Hi went into Protyre Autocentre stourbridge. I was having a loss of air from 1 tyre intermittently.

Needed 2 new tyres. They price matched their competitors when I showed them some quotes I had had. Great friendly service from both their reception staff and fitters. Big shout out to their four wheel alignment expert fitter. He knows his stuff. To top it all off they have fantastic coffee and it’s free.

From booking in to fetching my transporter backand including the work done was first class, cant fault anything.

The male receptionist was very helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Other staff members including mechanics were professional.

Following a tyre and brake check I
was told my tyres were cracked and perished so I had them replaced. I was also informed my brakes pads and discs required urgent replacement and that I should only drive short journeys or leave the car there to have brake pads and discs replaced. I went to another garage for a second opinion and was told there was nothing wrong with the brake discs and the pads would need replacing in about 4 months time. I cancelled my brake repairs with protyre and am now wondering if my tyres were ok and needed replacing at all. Paying staff commission to increase sales is a dishonest way to treat customers. I will take my custom elsewhere in future as I have no confidence in what your team advice me now.
