I rang up to get a price for my tyres which was satisfactory and an appointment was made for the following day. On arrival my car was quickly driven into the bay and two new tyres were speedily put on. Because there were two there was a discount which was appreciated. The staff were polite and helpful. If I had any criticism it would be that I was not asked to what pressure my tyres were usually inflated and I did have to reduce the pressure slightly on the new ones.

I arrived about ten minutes early for my appointment and I was directed straight into the tyre changing bay. Four Falken tyres were fitted immediately to my Daimler including balancing on the inside as I requested, along with new valves, and inflation to the pressure I requested.
Everything was presented back in a clean state, with no scratches to my alloy wheels, all within 35 minutes.
All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the workshop was clean and tidy.
I had done a lot of prior research and had decided on Falken tyres to replace the Michelin tyres on my car as the Falken tyres are rated equally as good as the Michelin tyres but might last 5000 less miles overall. But at less than half the price the Falken tyres were my choice as value for money. Time will tell.

Booked my MOT here (Hardy Tyres, Telford) through Groupon after choosing this garage based on its excellent reviews, and I can see why they’re rated so highly.

Initially the car failed on washer fluid and a rear brake light colour issue, which was frustrating as I had only replaced the bulbs a couple of days earlier. However, the tester took the time to ring me, explain exactly what the issue was, and even compared both bulbs to confirm that one genuinely appeared a different shade when illuminated despite looking identical removed from the car.

They topped up the washer fluid, ordered the correct replacement bulb, and arranged for the retest the same day rather than just sending me away with a fail sheet.

Very professional, honest and thorough service. I’d definitely use them again.

Booked and paid in advance for air con regas.
Dropped keys off and popped to shop. Received a call within 15 mins ‘As part of our pre-check we’ve noticed that your rear tyres are splitting.. if you were pulled over by police they wouldn’t be legal’. My response was’ it’s ok thanks I’ve got my MOT booked next week, I’ll see what they say’. ‘Ok let us know if we can price up some tyres and we’ll go ahead and do the air con’.

Just collected car from MOT at my usual garage and it has passed with advisory on back tyres but plenty of tread left.
Would have been 5 star for booked air con regas but with the pushy sales of tyres that actually ARN’T needed and ARE legal - I won’t be returning!
