Very helpful, sorted my tyre out and gave good advice on other tyres.

Very good honest company.
Even on a FREE Winter check they didn’t find any issues & topped up oil, water etc as part of the check.
I have been here for tyres wheels & MOT’s & always feel a good job was done without being ripped off ( especially as a woman ) I have been to other garages in the past where I have felt swindled.
My only criticism is the toilet, there appears to be just 1 for staff & customers alike, & it’s filthy, no toilet roll & the towel on a roll, well just covered in oil & grime & stuck so you cannot even pull it down to a clean section. Come on Protyre you can sort all my car issues but not my bodily needs!!

Never had any issues with these guys, booked online straight in, no messing job done. Always pleasant and polite.

We use these guys whenever something goes wrong with our tires. They use good technology and are able to pinpoint steering and balance issues with great accuracy. In the long run that saves you money. If you’ve had your tyres changed by cheap roadside operators, they probably didn’t balance them properly or check the tracking. That’s why you need these guys.

Have always used Protyre but will not be in the future.
Rang to order tyre night before and was told price. Told they would ring when tyre had arrived in morning.
Had no call, so I called them. Was told 2pm for fitting. When I arrived told to wait. I waited until 2.45 and nothing happening. Spoke to fitter and they would get on it shortly. The Training Manager not able to do job, so had to wait for another tyre fitter. When job finished he tried to charge me 5 pounds more. In total, I was there for over 2 hours.

Although l had not made an appointment they managed to change my tyre and give me advice about brake pads which they were going to send a quote and receipt for the work which unfortunately they have not done !,

Left a loose wheel puncture for repair waited around 7 hour for for an answer admittedly on a busy day, I needed a new tyre and was offered a £75 budget tyre which i accepted as I needed my car on the road but later saw the same tyre on their website filly fitted for £62 felt annoyed at the price difference.

Got there at 8:30 for two tyres and a front alignment and didn’t leave till 10:00

My usual garage let me down last minute with regards to my MOT hence I was looking for an alternative garage.
I looked online and pro tyre came up, I booked and paid for MOT online. Took my car in on the date booked 45mins or so later drove away with MOT. Excellent service from start to finish.

The staff were really helpful and kept me fully informed on the progress and cost of the repair. When I picked my car up I was talked through the repair and advised of any future issues to be aware of. Excellant service.

Always quick and friendly

Change 2 front tires at Wellingborough Tyres today and the mechanics from there they been helping me with 2 bloked wheel nuts, then they balanced and fixed 2 new Tyres, thanks for the great work that you did today, will come back in the future to service my car here and change my tires here, thanks again

Ordered tyres over the phone for same day fitting. Good tyres at great price. All staff were friendly and it seemed that other customers had the same experience as me.
