I arrived just a few minutes before my appointment time to have four tyres fitted.
The staff were friendly and asked if I wanted to wait or return back around an hour later. I left and came back later where the job was done.
I'm happy with the tyres and with the service received.
I would definitely use them again in the future.

A good overall experience for us. Responsive attitude and very helpful approach. Our car initially failed its MOT due to a brake pad issue. The guys gave us a reasonable quote to deal with the problem and were able to deal with it the same day.

A slightly longer wait to collect it than anticipated, but that wasn’t a concern. It was great to get the car fixed and a new MOT.

I came across ProTyre and their local branch via a web search. On visiting the branch I was required to book a slot online for a puncture repair, as it was late in the afternoon. They also advised that as I had enquired for quotes for two new tyres that I’d be best to purchase them from the online portal as I’d get the applicable 2 or 4 tyre discount offers. This I did and it saved me £25. I was able to purchase and book a slot for the following day. The Wells facility Sales staff and fitters were very helpful and answered my queries and observations readily. Great team and experience, highly recommended!
