This was always my trusted garage but recently took my car in for a check on my brakes to be told I needed both pads and disks, the cost would be £1100 went to another garage to be told I did not need this only a new sensor wire at £20 and even if I did need pads and disks it would be £550 and I had been quoted for the wrong parts. Very disappointed.

Reliable, friendly, professional and trustworthy mechanics. They had a problem on the day of my MOT and had to reschedule - only just got it in before my MOT ran out. The guy on the phone was abrupt. On the day of MOT, nobody called to me to let me know my car was ready (same guy responsible?), no answer to my 3 calls just after 5pm. Published closing time is 5.30pm, but when I turned up at 5.20, it was closed. Thank god for the mechanic still being present at their other site over the road so I could get my car back.

Had car serviced here last Month and MOT last week. Very helpful and on time

I like and use Pro Tyre and would have given 5 stars only when I phoned originally to book a service and MOT the lad quoted me over £400 plus. I was shocked as I do very little mileage yet he persisted in telling me this was what was required. I looked on line and saw that I got discounts on the service and MO T and rang back. He was quite blasé about this and said I would need to book online. I cancelled his quote and booked a cheaper service and MOT. I have used this garage for quite a number of years and felt a bit let down with his attitude

Used many protyre many times and always excellent, this occasion was an emergency tyre replacement, fitted me in and turned vehicle around in under 2 hours without a reservation. Excellent customer service 5 🌟 🤩

Booked my Citroën C1 for a gold service the first service since I purchased the car and I could tell as soon as I drove it afterwards that they had done an excellent job.

This is now my preferred MoT test station. Easy booking online, discounted price, trustworthy, courteous and helpful service. No disproportionately costly, 'petty' MoT failures, that sometimes occurs with other test centres.

Staff were very helpful and efficient in rearranging my MOT when a ramp broke.

Whilst I will acknowledge that price is a factor in the decision, Protyre Wilmslow are my go-to garage for maintenance, tyres and MOT. Thanks to Sean and the team for an amazing job, including the gearbox oil change. My car feels like new and they always work with care.

Very helpful. quick to get new wheels and fit them. Pointed out where to get locking nuts for the new wheels.

The service was very good, although delayed

My A/C is not working after paying for it to be re-gassed during a service.
UPDATED: I took the car back after placing this review. The staff onsite helped in doing this job again. Thanks for the service.
