Not at all impressed... after 40 + years as a customer!
I have been buying tyres from this place for over 40 years and always received a good service, however... a week ago I took an alloy wheel from a classic car in as it had a puncture and asked them to fit a tube. Thay said they don't sell tubes but if I sourced one they would fit it for me.
Purchased a tube and took it back and the lad refused to fit the tube, sent me to their service site down the road and said they had a tyre machine there. When I got there the guy (the one who said he would willingly fit the tube originally) said I would have to take it back to the tyre place! I explained that I'd just been sent to him and he said I would have to leave it with them for a couple of days. Not acceptable.
That is one customer less for Protyre.

Wilmslow Protyre Autocare were so…
Wilmslow Protyre Autocare were so helpful. Last week I tried to put air in my tyres only to end up with less air not more! In despair I went to Wilmslow Protyre Autocare and they were so friendly and helpful, they discovered I had a nail in one of my tyres which they showed me and showed me that two further tyres needed of replacing! They ordered three new tyres for me and were able to fit them the same day. I am very grateful to Wilmslow Protyre Autocare for their care and professionalism.

I can't fault the experience
I can't fault the experience at the Wilmslow branch recently, who completed my Gold Service and MOT without any issues. The team were courteous and helpful and I collected ahead of schedule.

Good speedy service - helpful on phone
The guy was really helpful when I called on phone for price. He gave good advice.
He also fitted me in for appointment despite being really busy and when I went there was no waiting around making me a very happy customer.
