Never Again!
Driving my vehicle back home after the repairs had been carried out I encountered issues with the car. We called the garage when we got home and they asked us to return the car which we couldn’t do as it was overheating and losing power. We had to call the AA out who discovered that the coolant pipe had become disconnected as it hadn’t been fitted correctly and all the fluid had drained out completely. The garage had spent all day repairing the coolant thermostat. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and unnecessary stress. We are extremely unhappy with the service we received

All the staff were a great help to me
All the staff were a great help to me. My car had been neglected after remote working for 5 years. Trying to get back on top of it with lots going on. They gave me all details and a breakdown of everything. They did free diagnostics and reduced cost of tyre for me. I have ongoing work needed and will not hesitate to go back. Oil Leak -Repair
Unfortunately an oil leak sneakily developed, the Winsford Protyre Team quickly identified the cause, ordered the part, fitted and then made sure the sealant had had sufficient time to cure before releasing the car back. This certainly gave me the feeling that a professional job had been completed. Thank you.

Booked in for a service but had a poor experience. The staff member was very rude and unhelpful. A small request that was part of the paid service should not have led to the treatment I received. Unhappy with the service and will not be returning.

Very efficient dropping car off and picking it up again. Quick and easy. . Had to have new tyres... Cost was what was quoted over phone with no extras added on bill.

They just can’t be bothered !!!!
Went in on the 14th sept too get 2 tyres and been in before maybe 5 weeks previously also to get 2 tyres done on the same car , I was offered wheel alignment on the first visit which I agreed to . Then they came back and said they didn’t have time to do the rears so I said I’m coming back in a few weeks I’ll get the rears done then , I came back on the 14th sept got the other tyres done and asked for the rear alignment to be done , they said you can’t just do two wheels all four needed to be done at once (I wasn’t told that first time round) then the fitter came back and said he can’t align the rears because he can’t get too one of the nuts apparently “the petrol tank would need to come off “ so I was charged again just for the front ……took my car to a different garage to get the alignment done NO PROBLEM just needed too remove a bit of trim so three times I’ve had to pay for this job me and my family came here with our cars regularly but we won’t again ….LAZY

Superlative ProTyre Experience
The ease of choosing the correct tyres online and then booking a time convenient to myself made the whole initial enquiry painless. However, it was the personnel on-site that truly guaranteed a glowing review. They were professional, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them to deal with. I will not go anywhere else now for my tyres.

Staff went through how I use my car and then gave me options. Offered drink while there. Gave me updates on car tracking and breaks and pads on how long they had which was a while.
