Had my MOT done here. Staff were great. Waited while it was done, only 45 mins, in their nice warm waiting area and car passed first time. Really pleased.

Service and loyalty
The sevice I get is good, like it was with Gates.
But lately, im beging dout the sevice im getting, because I got a trye a new trye on i the afternoon, By the evening the wheel on the oppisste side started jamming & that was three days ago,and I still dont know how much its going to cost.
Further more this year ive spent nealy a thousand pounds.

Car service
I booked in for 11. 30 for a bronze service the car was still stood where I parked it a 12.30 when i complained they said they were running behind. So they gave me a slot for next day. And it turns out the oil filter that was delivered was wrong one. Not once but twice i had to wait over 2.5hrs. It was totally unacceptable

Tracking adjustment and tyre replacement at Workington
The team at Protyre Workington where very helpful when I discovered uneaven tyre ware and asked them to check and adjust the tracking. As I had to replace two of the tyres. The team provided sound advice as to which tyres would better meet my needs. I was very satisfied with my visit to Protyre. The only observation I would mention was I needed to correct my tyre pressures after the work had been undertaken.
