We are very sorry to hear that you have received the packaging not as expected. That should indeed not happen. We know that in some cases the parcels are not handled appropriately within the delivery process. However I am not in the position to blame any of our external delivery partners. I have passed this feedback on to the warehouse management and I do hope this has been a single incident and will not reoccur in the future. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I do hope that we have been able to gain some trust regarding the handling of orders and the promise to assure that all orders are packed and dispatched in the most discreet way. Thank you very much.

We are sorry that the product you initially ordered was out of stock. This is an error that should have certainly not occurred. We have taken this very serious and we will make sure that such experience will be avoided in future.

We are very sorry to hear that the ordered items did not meet your expectations. As we do not expect you to accept this we would like to get in touch to set things right. Please await correspondence from our end and we can certainly get this issue resolved for you. We always aim to provide you with the best service and of course with products that will not cause you dissatisfaction. However we would have appreciated if you had taken the time to get in touch with us before leaving us with this feedback. That would have allowed us to rectify or improve the shopping experience. Please also allow us to confirm that we only sell originals and genuine products that we retrieve directly from the manufacturers. In some cases the images on the website may differ slightly with the actual product itself. As this product is one of our best sellers we will of course have this investigated internally.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet our usual high standards. This has been investigated internally and we understand that you had a pleasant interaction with our staff members and enquired about a product in which the price was not satisfactory for you. Hence the colleague made a quick internal call to see if a discount could be provided, which they were happy to do, but you were still unhappy with the price then offered. Our apologies regarding the £20 note - this information was indeed incorrect. We would love to welcome you back into the store in the future in order to provide our usual great customer service.
