Thank you for the feedback.

We are very sorry that the order you have placed with us could not be processed due to the delivery destination. It has been hard for us to make the decision to discontinue offering shipping to countries such as Australia. We do value customers from all around the world but increase of shipping costs makes it impossible for us to offer this service going forward. Thank you for your understanding.

We will reflect this on our website and we will remove countries from our list that we do not offer shipping to. Again please allow us to apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Please allow us to explain the situation and confirm that there are currently slight delays within the courier's network caused by the current situation. good efficient delivery

good efficient delivery. you may want to seal the envelopes a little more thoroughly - the flap was slightly open and who knows what the porter would have thought, had he seen the contents.

Very Easy, As You’d Expect

Very easy ordering process, even though they don’t seem to use a ‘regular’ way when it comes to payment method. They use SagePay. It’s not a problem, but does make a buyer feel less confident I guess?

Didn’t receive tracking number but the order arrived in good time, in separate parcels. I love Prowler, so would recommend and would use again.

Good toys

Good toys, but the package it arrived in was already half opened so you could see what was inside.. and then the boxes the toys came in were incredibly dusty.. which makes me wonder what sort of condition they were left in before being sent. Luckily they work fine however

We put discretion and absolute integrity first with all and every single order we receive. In very rare occasions packages have been damaged in transit which can cause exposure of the content. The state you have received your order is indeed not acceptable and we will make sure that this is raised internally so we can work on improvements ourselves and we can pass this on to our courier service so all parties involved can make sure this is not happening again.
