Psychic Sofa  Opiniões

Very nice Psychic line to work on … readers know exactly what I mean they are value their readers and are supportive much better than other lines and clients are friendly too

Absolutely brilliant company to be a reader for. Highly recommend. Great management and support. It’s a real
Honour to be an approved reader xxx

Psychic Sofa used to have some really good readers. Now, looking at these reviews, it feels like it’s all about taking people’s money. It’s proper gone downhill over the last few years. What I’m reading sounds toxic, and it doesn’t give me any confidence in trusting them. People deserve better when they’re paying for help. Definitely prefer readers you get on TikTok.

My favourite is definitely Shri, the one I can rely on now. Timing is often spot-on and her predictions always come to fruition for me. I've spoken to hundreds of readers in the past 3 or so years but now Shri is the only one I trust.

She's even predicted things I didn't see coming and is also great at putting my mind at rest on things I don't need to worry about. She can often visualise and describe a scene of what she can see to back up her prediction. I can't praise her highly enough.

Seconds on purpose just dreadful service tonight

Had a very bad experience with Alena; PIN 4775, she was extremely rude, aggressive and had an attitude from the beginning of our call. Would NOT recommend a reading with Alena. I’ve been read by other good psychics eg Samara, Bianca, Starlady, Angelic Wings, Bernica and they’ve been positive every time, however Alena seems like an amateur, and gets defensive when you ask simple questions to the energy she’s picking up. I don’t think Alena is capable to do such a job because to have such a reaction to simple questions is not normal. She’s very touchy and sensitive, and clearly might want to reconsider their profession. Anyway regardless of her poor attitude, nothing she mentioned resonated with me, she said generic things and I could tell it was eating her up she couldn’t read me well. She asked if I lived with people or if I’m getting bullied at my current living situation and I responded no I live by myself and it’s peaceful… anyways since I’m intuitive I can tell that because I did NOT validate her nonsense predictions, it bruised her ego and she started getting unprofessional. What an interesting character 😂😂😂 - only looking for a quick buck. Alena is not a good reader, very generic and highly sensitive and rude. AVOID ALENA PIN 4775. Much better readers on there. Oh and before you respond to my review with some BS defending your “readers” I recorded our call and I was in fact very polite and respectful during the entire call. Clearly the issue lies with Alena. I better get a refund

Thank you for your replay ( costumer service) reg my review about Paulette. I dont only fell short with a reading i also think she is rude and full of herself. I guess this was the reason why my review wasnt release on her profile. I would like to also mention Shiv, my experience with him is not far from Paulette. I'm sure you're aware that negative experiences and comments spreads faster and wider than positive.
On the good note I have left a great reviews on their profile for Sean, Zodiac and Azurite. Great psychics.

Fantastic and very professional service. I would highly recommend.

Few goods but are very few. The worst in my opinion is Maggie Ray who is temperamental and very argumentative. I also noticed she likes to put the phone down during readings then lying saying the call dropped but it was her doing it. I spoke to few people who had reedings with her and found her very judgmental and likes to talk over people.

I have had several readings over the last 18 months on PS.
I would say from my experience that 50% say what they think you want to hear. The other 50% picked up on the personalities involved & what was currently happening. however predictions have not come through. That period of my life is over now, so probably won't use PS again. There are some lovely people on there, but like i said no predictions came to fruition for me, i also found that a lot of the psychics gave 'advice' when i wanted a spiritual psychic reading.

The psychic didnt give me any answers to what i had asked her. She spoke about what she wanted to and didnt actually give me anything. Wont use again.

I recently had a reading with a lady called Tulip. She is really gifted and told me things only I could know. I highly recommend her she and she will be my go to reader.

Some very good readers on the site. Have used them for years. I find them very helpful and supportive.

I have spoken to a number of amazing readers at Psychic Sofa. To name a few:
Sibila, Azurite, Chantal, Chantel, Angela S, Sue

Sadly there are also some that I would not use or recommend.

I am a customer but also a reader on Psychic Sofa. I believe you should use the services of a psychic if you give readings because it should be a part of your life.
As a reader, I can't emphasise enough the difficult task we have of having to sit meditating waiting for a call, get a call and be expected to 'tune in' immediately, and then give dates and times. This isn't what psychic ability is about. And it's so very misunderstood.
As a customer, I've had a few correct readings and more incorrect readings.
Basically, we are all channels, and we can receive an insight from anyone. For me, the purpose of ringing Psychic Sofa is for support, alleviating an emotional burden and to find my own clarity. Some of the girls on here are really lovely. I have returned as a customer many times and will continue to.

This site is a rip off. I have spent thousands over the past year, trying to find some answers about a failed relationship. I’ve kept notes about all the ‘psychics’ and ultimately there are only one or two who truly have the gift.
Also, their customer service has taken a nosedive. I spent 7 monitored listening to someone called Moonwaters saying the same thing over and over again, even though I asked her repeatedly to move on. Someone called Beverley refused to refund me the 20 minutes I paid for because their policy is you can have a refund only after 5 minutes. It’s disgraceful really as sometimes you don’t find out quick enough how terrible the readers are. Also there is no lower level amount for buying minutes so you can try before you buy and no easy way to get a refund, only your package minutes, so you have to pay minimum £96! I could suspend my disbelief when I thought the customer service team were good but now I’m done with it all!

I have been working with psychic sofa for a few years. They are an amazing company to work for, the staff are always very helpful especially Rob who l always talk to. They are very quick to deal with any issues. I highly recommend this company and their staff team. Many thanks to you all Journee.

Some psychics purely speculating don't pick up on any information and just saying general things but there are really good ones who are very accurate with dates can describe a person without any given information and and really see what's coming.

Update to my reviews

I looked at the profiles readers I have used recently none of the reviews I left for them have been posted whether they are good bad or indifferent , yet anonymous reviews have been posted on these readers profiles since I have had my read with them. I can’t give a date of read as there was more than 1 read.

I had a great reading in january with Destiny Rose. 4458 Several things she said have manifested. Ive spoken to Destiny several times along with other readers and always had a great experience.
