Great product very quick postage and…
Great product very quick postage and very well packaged. My only criticism would be that the ordering process was a little difficult as the website is confusing. However, I phoned customer services who were very helpful. I would happily use this company again but think they should make the website clearer for ordering.

I had been looking everywhere for something even near the dimensions I required before I came across Puffin. Then I found I could order custom cases for little, if any, more than the off-the-shelf merchants. Easy to specify and order. Good lead time. Well packaged for delivery. Puffin were a great find and will be my go-to for future projects

Fast efficient service
Very friendly staff. Spoke with Max before ordering, he talked me through the various options. Ordered my football case with extras on Thursday, it was delivered to me on the Saturday via DPD. Excellent expeditious service.

Great value for money and exceptional quality
We needed a case for a diorama that is being given as a 50th birthday gift. It was great to be able to specify the dimensions and get the exact size to match those of the diorama base. It was an easy process to work through on the website, and the pricing was very competitive. I wish we'd discovered Puffin Plastics before as we have bought ready made cases in the past that have cost only a fraction less and have been comparatively poor quality. The case arrived in good time and the quality is fantastic. It will really enhance the look of the diorama on display.
