Podcast availability is shocking. They advise you to make requests to there 3rd party podcast manager (skytune) who don't even have access to the majority of the top 30 UK podcasts, it's all screwed to the USA podcasts.
Pure C-D4 lovely, customer service dire
I bought a Pure C-D4 from a local shop online, who offered next day delivery. Loved it, switch it on, sets itself up very quickly (except it doesn't like the recent hour change- just switch it on again for current time. I decided to buy another one, foolishly not from the same place, but direct from Pure online. First mistake. The C-D4 arrived in a big box which it obviously rattled around in. Opened the box to find the screen stuck to where it shouldn't be!! I Lodged my complaint via ticket, requesting a free return label and refund...what woeful customer service. I found them on Facebook after no reply for over 3 days, and found I got a better response that way. They don't issue a free return label as they claim, and it did cost a lot to return. I also found it very annoying that trying to raise the return I was not able to find the UK in the country drop down list to actually create my own label as in the instructions...I never got that cost refunded...but hey, they offered a better discount to reorder. I foolishly did....repeat performance as above...why did I not listen to my gut. Ive kept this one, glued the screen, it kept scrolling the radio stations, so you couldn't choose one to add to favourites, until hubby happened to press the pause button on the CD buttons and it stopped the radio station runaway list. I have added favourites, but don't reckon on it lasting. I'll buy a Roberts player next time...test their customer services, but so far PURE has been dire. The Radio and player looks gorgeous though.

Don’t buy Pure
Don’t buy Pure! Do not waste your money! Every Pure radio I have owned, the display has broken. Customer services are terrible they ignore emails and never put a name to their replies so you just get a generic response.
Even though I am in warranty they will not replace unless I pay the postage to send faulty item back. The postage will cost more than the radio is worth! When I tried to complain emails have gone unanswered for weeks now. Shoddy products and non existent customer services, warranty worthless. I will save and buy Robert’s next time.

The latest DAB model is completely unusable on any mode, despite having had it exchanged with a new Pure radio after faults with the initial radio. The same has happened with another Evoke F4 radio which lost its screen display and all functions.
Pure portable radio fails again!
A second Pure portable radio (out of warranty) to be consigned to recycling due to a minor fault with the socket points. The radio is working but can't be attached to headphones to actually listen to it. It's a similar fault to my last portable radio from them. Can't be repaired because Pure don't have the parts. It is 5 years old but I had hoped it could last as long as other makes I've had - sadly not. I give up with Pure. No third chances.
The best, period!
Every time I need help, their team is right on top of it and gets me a solution fast! They just helped me set up my new phone in less than 5 minutes. By the way, the monthly price for two phones is less than it would cost for one on the big boy networks.

Customer services are rubbish
Customer services are rubbish. I’ve been trying to contact them for 6 weeks and I cannot get anyone to come back to me regarding replacement remote that doesn’t work. Avoid.
I used to have the pure chronos alarm…
I used to have the pure chronos alarm clock radio/cd player. Cd player was first to stop working but clock & alarm still work but doesn't auto update for BST/GMT. I replaced it with the siesta alarm clock radio. No where near as good, only 3 alarms, can't set 1 alarm for a certain date, has to be following day. Still waiting to master the radio. I DO NOT RECOMEND THE PURE SIESTA CLOCK.

Vi meldte os desværre ud inden vi overhovedet fik begyndt. Vi havde bedt om en uforpligtende samtale med personlig træner inden vi begyndte, så vi kunne få råd og vejledning til hvilke maskiner der var bedst for os, da vi er oppe i årene, og ikke vil gøre noget forkert. Blev ringet op efter 5 dage, og fik at vide at det kunne han ikke hjælpe med for det havde han ikke noget ud af økonomisk, men vi kunne betale 700,00 kr så ville han gerne hjælpe. Hvad er det så for en uforpligtende samtale man kan få. Jeg skrev så og klagede og ville gerne have svar på hvorfor det ikke kunne lade sig gøre, og siden er der ingen fra Pure Gym der har ringet eller skrevet til mig. Efter vil havde meldt os ud, fik vi så en mail hvor der bare stod, helt i orden, de var bedøvende ligeglade med os.

I have purchased a scooter for my son and it broke twice- once while in warranty once now. I have been in touch for 2 months with Pure only to be ignored again and again. The scooter looks sturdy but lacks quality and for the price we are paying I would not recommend. I am considering a small claim court as in reality is not even fit for purpose. The emails back and forth are proof of their BAD customer service. Just to mention the scooter was hardly used. Should have listened to my husband and buy a cheap product which would have worked the same.
Poor reliability and tech support
The radio looks and sounds good but unfortunately the main tuning display did not last for long. The only help offered by the tech desk was a 20% discount on a new product. I do not want to create more landfill.

Absolute junk!
Battery has intermittent problem. Sometime the unit doesn't switch on and I have to unplug the battery and replace to get it to function. Changing the station will lead to the unit switching off. Extension speaker cable socket broke on first use - on the inside. And the display failed after a couple of years use.
This company polishes turds for a living. AVOID!
I just wanted a DAB radio. A big let down so far.
I just wanted a DAB radio. Bought the Pure Evoke Spot from John Lewis. The setup wizard loads and wants information on how to connect to a network. I don't have a network. I just want DAB radio. I can't get the radio without connecting to a network. The 85 page Pure manual doesn't seem to help (OK haven't read all 85 pages, but gave it a good go). Used the Pure website to ask how to get out of the setup wizard without connecting to a network on Monday. On Thursday evening no response. I'm thinking of returning it to John Lewis and asking for a refund.
