Its a really good and well thought out…
Its a really good and well thought out case for my 1st Gen Ipad Pro 12.9’. It came with a screen protector but wow.. so hard to paste a screen protector on a screen that big and not botch it up. Took me a but to paste it because I am all thumbs. Would have been good if it had a built in screen protector but like I said, well thought out. If there was a built in screen protector, once scratched it would alwys be scratched!

The case on the whole looks and feels great.. the screen protector is quite tricky to apply.. i personally couldn't put it on by myself.. wasted one of it.. thankfully the pack comes with an additional screen protector.. hope to get it fixed by experts!

The case is very nice BUT...
The case is very nice BUT a better set of installation instructions would help a dummy like me. I have arthritis and neuropathy in my hands and the material was too tough for me to maneuver. I had difficulty in inserting my iPad...a friend had to do it with some trouble too. Very nice to handle the ipad now with the hand gripper. So far I love it.

Not as heavy duty as expected rude interaction s with customer service that blames other factors for their own faults
After being told I would ***i did not get an email from anyone, and I would not recommend purchasing from this company**
The only way to insert the iPad was to stretch the foam case. They seem to do the job, but the plastic screen protector was different on each of mine and one didn’t have the proper cut outs where the camera is. The handles are nice, the foam seems less heavy duty than I imagined. I paid for expedited shipping and requested to have it refunded since I didn’t receive the cases on time. I was refunded for my expedited shipping only after I tried twice to email someone and was told I would receive a reply in 12 hours. The company did not refund my expedited shipping costs on their own, even though it took over 6 business days to arrive and I paid for 1-3 days. I had to complain and then was told I’d be reached in 12 hours. I was not so I had to email them again and finally received a response blaming covid for the reason they could not expedite my shipping even though they let me pay for it. I didn’t realize these were coming from a different country, specifically from CHINA, if I had known I wouldn’t have bought them. I would have bought them from a domestic company in the USA. Overall I’d say you can find better quality cases for kids at a better price, and better customer service who doesn’t use reviews as a way to try and justify their mess ups.
Again, I received no email about the screen protectors and one of them didn’t have the holes for the front facing camera cut out of them. I don’t know if an iPad screen protector that doesn’t require a hole for the front facing camera, as the other exact same case I bought came with the correct screen protector. This company clearly doesn’t have their ducks in a row.

The Buddy cases are specific to your iPad models, and this is the same for the screen protectors. If the screen protector did not provide a proper fit, there is a big chance you did not get the correct product.
We have local storages across the continental USA to meet the ever-demanding shipping challenges. If it so happens that your order ran in red when you placed the order, this will get shipped directly from our international warehouse.
I can confirm that the express shipping costs were refunded, you should see the amount reflected in your bank statement in the next few days.

This product line has lots of specific/dedicated cases for a range of Samsung tablet models. Your order information suggests you placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 tablet model.
I suspect this is not the tablet model you are holding.
