I would never use PUSHAS again after this experience. I placed my order on 12 September, and despite the item being advertised as brand new, I was left waiting for weeks with delays because the item still hadn’t even reached their verification centre.

The lack of progress and the overall experience have been extremely frustrating. When I requested a refund, I was told that it had been submitted back to my account, yet I am STILL waiting for my money to be returned.

Customers shouldn’t have to chase up orders and refunds like this. The whole process has been disappointing, stressful and a complete waste of time.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend PUSHAS to anyone. I certainly won’t be using them again, and I would encourage others to think twice before ordering.

The shoes were exactly as promised. Really happy and great service and follow up.

Everything about the process was amazing. 100% will be a return customer. Price. Quality. Communication. Site/ app layout. Delivery. Customer service is one of the best in my experience.

Unfortunately the shoe we ordered wasn’t the one we received and it’s been a week since I’ve heard of an update. After waiting so long for the shoe to arrive it’s disappointing that we are still waiting for any update.

Absolutely terrible!! I waited a month for a pair of shoes to be shipped from NSW to Perth. I ordered on the 10th Sept, on the 23rd pick up of the parcel failed because the parcel wasn't ready. Finally delivered on the 7th October.
Their customer service is also awful, no phone number to contact, just chat, and they were not the least bit helpful.
I'd definitely never purchase or recommend anyone purchasing from this company again.

Thieves. This is an update on a previous review. Still no shoes, no refund. They say my shoes were lost in transit.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE! I ordered shoes over 6 weeks ago and no shoes have been sent and they are refusing to give me a refund.

I had ordered a pair of shoes on the 21st of August.. it's now the 9th of October and it still hasn't arrived. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and they give me the same bullshit response. I have escalated it to PayPal and a case has been opened. In one email after I escalated it with PayPal, they sent me an email asking if I wanted to wait for the shoes or cancel the order.. I have made it INCREDIBLY CLEAR that I want to cancel the order and get a full refund. Still awaiting a response. This is a joke and I have officially lost my patience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, ordered a pair of shoes that cost $900 it’s been months and months no eta shoes never arrived , emailed for a refund which they are refusing to give a refund , communication with them is very poor!!

Easy website to use and kept updated on delivery

I loved PUSHAS! So I accidentally bought the wrong size shoe and the one I wanted was sold out after that😭😭 I sent emails back and forth and ended up getting the shoes returned and a full refund in store credit, minus shipping. I got two pairs of shoes after that and they were both gorgeous and authentic!

Great customer service, reasonably fast dispatching considering their process. But Aus post has lost my order in transit. Past orders have been great 👍

I haven't received my order from July 9th. $528 and they won't cancel the order & return my money. They said their cancellation fees only last 2 hours after your order. They ordered me store credit by why would I want store credit when orders never arrive!?!?! STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF

Never use this website my daughter ordered a pair of asics sneakers $420 in May and in August she received an email saying sorry for the delay the shoes cannot now be ordered and they took her $420 in May and in August they wouldnt give her a refund they emailed her to say she had a $420 credit, i cant believe businesses do this what a rort DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I am 100% happy with PUSHAS. Their clothing is extremely good quality, the team are friendly and very thorough when it comes to sorting out delivery issues. We had a hard time trying to get any information about the tracking via shipit. I ended up emailing PUSHAS to help me find where the parcel was. They got onto it instantly and it was sorted instantly as well. I recommend PUSHAS 100%.

Shoes were great and exactly what i ordered

Ordered 2 pairs trainers and when arrived i sent them back and never got a refund or store credit and emails was ignored. Spent over £700 and never see a penny back. Will never use the site again

Terrible experience, ordered products and they never arrived. Emailed support multiple times and was completely ignored. Do not recommend.
